Amazing staff and room, full stop. Everyone who was working over the days we were at Chapter Roma were simply fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond - we had thoughtful, genuine conversations and were given great recommendations.
We want to highlight Sofia specifically, she was amazing. She truly cares about the hotel, the staff, the history and especially the guests. She made our experience feel like home while we were away.

Our visit to Rome was made exceptional by the warm hospitality and impeccable service of this place. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly staff.
The comfort of the beds was great, they were a dream to sink into after a day of exploring the city's wonders.
Location-wise, this hotel is an absolute gem! Nestled in the center of Rome, it allowed us to easily access all the iconic landmarks within walking distance. We did not use any kind of public transport. The convenience of exploring this historic city without hassle truly added to the overall experience.
Cleanliness is really important to me, and I was impressed by the pristine condition of the hotel.
We did not have breakfast included, but we paid extra to have some one of the mornings. There was a big variety of food for every taste.
I recommend this hotel!

The hotel’s location was excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from the Pantheon. The room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast had a good variety of options and made us happy.
Despite our late-night check-in, we had no issues.
