Beautiful place to stay, the host was so accommodating and the breakfast was delivered fresh every morning. The bed was comfortable and the two balconies provided a view on either side of the city. No a massive tourist area and buses are easy to navigate into the main town. We loved staying here.

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The towels were changed everyday and the room was cleaned. There was also access to coffee and snacks. The location is good and very close to Train Station and buses. Davide was a wonderful and very helpful host and we would certainly stay there again.

You definitely get more than what you pay for here. The apartment offers incredible value for money, especially considering the peaceful location, great amenities, and ease of access to public transport. Located in a quiet, residential area, it feels much safer and less expensive than staying in the busy city center. The apartment itself is fantastic. The bathroom is very spacious, feels brand new, and is spotless. It has good water pressure, hot water, clean toilets, and even provides shampoo and body wash. The room is well-equipped with everything you need—lots of blankets, storage, comfortable chairs, and four pillows. It really feels like you're coming home to your own house, making it a lovely and welcoming place to return to after a day out. Danillo was incredibly kind and helpful. He waited outside for us at 7 p.m. while we walked from the train station in the dark, making sure we arrived safely. He gave us great tips on how to save money in the city, recommended affordable places to eat, and always responded quickly on WhatsApp. He truly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. It really exceeded our expectations, and we’re so happy we found such a gem at a fair price.

We had a lovely stay here, would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Rome. Very comfortable living area and bedroom, large bathroom and shower and full kitchen facilities. The entire apartment was in excellent condition and very clean. For food we went to a Lidl about a 15/20 min walk away as we are familiar with the store but there is also a local supermarket a few mins walk away. There are a variety of bus options to travel into the city depending on what area you are aiming for specifically. We forgot to have cash on us for the city tax part of the fee paid on arrival but the hosts were very understanding and showed us where a nearby cash machine was for that (so don’t be like us and remember to bring cash 😂) Host was very friendly and kept in touch to make sure everything was fine with the property. Overall definitely would recommend, one of the best holiday apartments I’ve stayed at- especially for the price

A beautiful, neat and clean two-bedroom apartment on a great location - only two train stops from the Vatican and a merely 30-40 minutes walking distance from the main attractions like the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The kids loved it and always wanted to just “go back to the apartment”. 😁 Will definitely visit again, I hope…

The place seemed far away from central but it is not with 170 bus you can go from termini to infront of hoyse with passing a good wıew of rome. House is very clean Antonio and Giorgio is very helpfull. You dont need to think to hire this place . Thanhs

The owner could not have been more helpful and attentive, and the appartment was very clean and well appointed. Claudia gave us recommendations for places to eat, checked in to make sure everything was OK and was generally very helpful and accommodating. I stayed with a friend and honestly we couldn't fault it. Would love to return.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s very spacious, with two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms — perfect for families or friends traveling together. The place looks recently renovated, everything feels fresh, bright, and very clean. The location is excellent too: just a short walk to the train station, the market, and plenty of restaurants. Overall, a really nice option for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome.
