flat is nice and spacious, very clean , with good air-conditioning in each bedroom, land lady owner is very friendly and helpful with information about transport to town centre and where to go to eat , many restaurants and supermarket near the flat , enclosed gates safe carpark available, nextdoor neighbour's are friendly, also , flat is located 5 minutes walk to metro line wich take you to Colosseum in 10 minutes for €1.50 each way , flat got 2 nice little balcony with a nice view been on the 6th floor but don't worry there is an elevator available, so , to resume, i m very happy with it , and i will use again in the future

Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is in a safe and quiet area, with excellent public transport connections that make it easy to reach the city center. The apartment itself was spotless, with great attention to cleanliness and comfort. The WiFi was strong and reliable, making it perfect for both work and leisure. Plus, the neighborhood has everything you might need—shops, cafes, and other essential services are all within walking distance. The hosts were amazing and extremely accommodating! Marco met us at the property and provided us with lots of helpful info...suggestions for dinner, getting around, where we could purchase things we needed. Would highly recommend this accommodation and 10 stars for the hosts!
