Beautiful room and lobby with care and attention to make the accommodations attractive and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Easy walk from train station but still a quiet room set back from Main avenue. Coffee and water and snacks in lobby were a pleasant addition.

It was a very nice stay with the Hotel Grifo.
I really appreciate the work of Houssem, Eva and Ivan, they help you with everything and explain every detail of the city and activities to do, so your trip becomes easier and more interesting.
It was very lovely that our room was upgraded and we really appreciated the terrace.
The food at the breakfast was really good and fresh.

The host, Gemma, was really kind and felxible. It was allowed to have an early check-in without additional fee. After check-out we were allowed to leave our bags on the reception for the rest of the day.
The room was clean and nice. The location is absolute best, there are restaurants, bars, bakeries, and gelato nearby. Easy access to the building. Most of the "must see" places are 10-25 mins away by walk. Termini train and bus station is 6-8 mins.

The stay was wonderful. it’s a family business and we were accommodated by the mom. she was a sweetheart, and gave us many tips about using taxis on rome and called one for us the next day. her sweetness and kindness made our stay way better. We arrived late, Santo greeted us and gave us some tips on what to see. Location fabulous can walk most sights easily and if you want to use public transport bus's very close. Rooms had lots of character, as the hotel suited us perfectly for our Italian experience. We liked it so much we came back at the end of our trip before we flew out.

Breakfast was fabulous, with a lot of variety. Upon arriving staff gives you a list of the restaurants that they recommend and their location. We were also received with a fruit basket and some drinks. Place was really clean.
