We arrived from Fumicino Airport via Leonardo express into Termini. The hotel was only 7 minutes away. The location was perfect for our trip.
The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping called in daily.
The breakfast was great and catered for all. The coffee machine was available all day free of charge.
I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to all.

Brand new hotel, beautiful and clean rooms with luxurious bathrooms. The hallways smelled really nice and it was very quiet. They had big flat screen tvs in the room with netflix/disney+/hulu/etc. The breakfast was enjoyable. Overall a very comfortable and safe place to stay.

We liked the Hotel Personel and the location MOST! The personel (Eva, Alen and the others who prepared for us the breakfasts and did the cleaning!) are so kind and helpful! They showed us on the map of Rome where it is worth to go for a dinner, where we can go shopping and how to get there. Whatever we needed - like printing the document or leaving the things in the morning before the flight back - they helped us and were so kind to explain everything!
The second MOST beloved fact is the location of the hotel which is just 10 mins away (on foot) from Colloseum and Forum Romanum! We haven't even dreamt of having better location to start exploring Rome than Grifo hotel! There is also one important hint behind this location - you are just in between the historical center of the city and both: Termini Railway/Bus station & Metro station - which is really comfortable if you wish to spare some time and get quicker to Vaticano! We were also nice astonished to find so plenty of nice, friendly and typical-Italian cafe and resturants around the hotel. We really, really recommend this Hotel to everybody who wish to stay there for holiday, enjoy city vibre and local cousine.

Absolutely perfect! Great location, just few steps away from the Roman Forum, the home is just the authentic Roman experience, the design is great and the attention to details is impressive. Been in Rome 7-8 times, this was by far the best stay! Luca is great, always very responsive and making sure the guests are happy and got everything they need, from the Welcome Prosecco bottle to recommendations for good places to eat around the area.
