The host was so kind and nice with us, we had to check-in early and check-out early as well and we had no problem with that. The apartment is really spacious and well equipped, so it's nice for longer stays too you have a stove, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, more then enough glasses and plates. Everything was nicely cleaned and there is a thermostat so you can set the temperature as you like. A very big plus is the location, right next to the Punto Lungo metro station, literally 30 seconds to get there and 2 minutes away from a bus station.

The apartment is very stylish, newly renovated and furnished. They are not located in the center of Rome, but this is more of a plus than a minus. It is very cozy and colorful here. A few meters from the metro and the train station where the train from the airport stops. The staff is always ready to help and resolve any issue. Every morning there is a street market with fresh products next to the house, which was very convenient and delicious. There are also excellent restaurants where the food is not expensive and delicious. I definitely recommend this apartment, you will be satisfied

The location is super convenient,walking distance to many touristic attractions, and to the metro station to go to the Vatican and Rome Termini (just a few stops away). Nice clean building with lift. The location is near San Giovanni metro station, which is about a 15-minute journey from city center. The owner is a great guy, very helpful and nice. There's a bakery next to the place, perfect for breakfast or a quick coffee. There's also private parking nearby. We arrived at 8pm and the staff at the parking didn't speak English, owner of Sweet Home Faleria kindly spoke with him over my phone and settled everything. Would 100 % recommend.
