The owner is super nice and welcoming! I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return when visiting Rome again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time in Rome. Communication was easy and excellent—I received responses to all my questions within seconds. The location was fantastic, very close to the Colosseum and convenient bus connections to the city center. The room was very clean, and there was a small shared space where you’re free to make yourself some coffee. We had a wonderful time there. Franco, who manages the place, is an amazing guy—super friendly and helpful. In general, highly recommended!!!

The room is in a very nice residential building in a quiet neighbourhood, easily connected to the centre (20-30 minutes by public transport). Spacious room with little kitchen and bathroom inside and another complementary kitchen in the common area with a Nespresso machine and other amenities. The owner bringing croissants in the morning was just an additional top detail. Our stay was fantastic, totally recommended.

The location was exceptional, just 10 minutes from the Coliseo Romano. We found it very easy to take the bus, as one stop is right in front. The staff was very responsive and attentive to everything. It was super clean.
