Staff was so amazing and always willing to help. I like the more personal approach the staff had with their guests. The rooms were so nicely decorated, spacious, and very clean. I especially liked the bottle watered that was included every day as well as the bathroom products (shampoo, etc..) The breakfast and coffee was excellent with a great variety of food and beverages. The location in Rome was excellent for sightseeing and restaurants and shops so near by. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
