Breakfast was one of the best we've experienced after travelling through many different hotels through Italy and Europe for 7 weeks. Amazing selection, premises and service. Also the fact that they had their own laundromat was an opportunity for us to catch up on some laundry that had been difficult to deal with when travelling for extended periods of time. Their rooftop restaurant was amazing and one of the best food experiences we've ever had.

Beautiful, clean room. Extremely friendly staff. When we arrived, the room was ready but they forgot to make the bed for our 4-year old. Once we came back from dinner, they did not only fix it (while housekeeping was already off), we were also offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. Breakfast was great! Relatively simply compared to some other hotels, but tasty and quality food. Hotel is walking distance from the Termini station.

The stay was very pleasant; the hotel staff were truly helpful and always available. The hotel is in an excellent location, everything is close, even the bus and train stops. A very pleasant man, Vladimir, was truly a perfect example of how hotel guests should be treated. Highly recommended. I would gladly return to the same hotel!
