We loved everything… Rooms: Spacious, clean, bright, warm, — PERFECT. Staff: I have never met with staff so warm and friendly. They went an extra mile to make us comfortable and cater to my kid’s food requirements. They were always warm and welcoming. Location: perfect perfect perfect. Maria was amazing - she greeted us at the front door and helped us with the walk up the flight of stairs. When she inquired about our stay and our plans for meals she gave us not just 1-2 recommendations but 7! Since we were only there for the night we were only able to go to 2 but they were both delicious. Cambio Trastavere had the best mushroom risotto and it was easy to walk to. Additionally, Maria not only acquired a taxi for us for our travel to the airport at 9am, but because she was unable to reach the company by phone she went out of her way to the taxi stand to procure a ride for us! Overall the room was in a great location and we loved being able to walk the streets all over Rome with nothing being more than an 20 min walk to the sites we wanted to see. The little extra touches of the water bottles, cookies, etc. were also a nice touch. Thank you again!

Apartment looks great, located right next to the bus and tram station. It is inside of a beautiful luxurious building with multiple locked doors between the apartment and the outside for safety.. The area with many restaurants is just 5 minutes away by walking. Breakfast was also great and the host was available via Whatsapp practically 0-24.

Absolutely wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel during my stay in Rome. From the very beginning, the communication with the hosts was exceptional – incredibly responsive, kind, and flexible. I truly appreciated how quickly they replied and how smoothly everything was handled. What really stood out to me was their generosity and thoughtfulness: although I hadn’t booked breakfast, they spontaneously invited me to join, and they also offered the minibar contents as a complimentary gift – such a lovely gesture that made me feel genuinely welcomed. While the price was a bit on the higher side due to the peak season, the level of service and the extra touches absolutely made it worthwhile. The room itself was beautiful – especially the spacious, modern shower and the incredibly comfortable bed. The mattress and pillows were top-notch – some of the best I’ve ever slept on! Despite being in the heart of Rome, the room was wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a day in the city. The location is unbeatable – all major public transport options are just around the corner, and most sights are within easy walking distance. All in all, a perfect place to stay in Rome. I’d gladly come back and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, making my stay incredibly comfortable. They graciously accommodated my request for an early check-in and a late check-out, which made my trip even more convenient. Beyond that, the staff went above and beyond by recommending fantastic local restaurants, leading me to some of the best food I've ever had in Rome.
