It was a great property - in a really good location for visiting the Vatican and surrounding sights. There were a range of coffee shops/restaurants and supermarkets close by. There are buses/taxi rank outside and there is a metro station about 1km away for access to Fiumucino airport, Assisi and other destinations It is an apartment in a residential block. It has 4 en-suite bedrooms - no 4 had a balcony with table and 2 chairs. There is a fridge in the room - coffee maker and kettle are outside the room along with mugs/coffee/tea bags. It is bright and airy. Everything is compact and well maintained. Susy was the person we dealt with although we never met her - she always answered messages promptly and efficiently.

We had a great stay at Alissa Suite Dream B&B apartment! It was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fresh. The bed and pillows were comfy. The ample storage with drawers and closets was a plus, and the provided amenities like good WiFi, a TV, air conditioning, and a mini-bar stocked with drinks for the first day. We loved the open area where we enjoyed our morning coffees. The host was friendly, supportive, and always available to help via WhatsApp. She personally welcomed us and walked us through everything. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and toaster, plus there were always sweets, coffee, and tea available. The location was great: just a 3-minute walk to the metro station and 4 minutes to the bus station, with another metro station only 10 minutes away. We could easily reach the city center quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

David is amazing host! Our flight was delayed by 9 hours, so we only reached Rome at 4 am, however, despite late arrival we were nicely welcomed by David. Apartment has everything you might need, host provides great recommendations and area has many fantastic restaurants around. Really good value for money, because center can be reached easily by bus.

It was very clean and you can leave also you luggage if you arrive earlier or have a late return flight. Area around was really good. Walking distance from a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host welcome us with some sweets, coffee and cold drinks. Air conditioning worked perfectly.
