Very clean, excellent location- metro 1 min to walk, Vatican 5 min to walk, very helpful staff, sufficient breakfast (ham, cheese, sweet staff, fruits) and so tasty coffee. it was cold in the streets in the evening so we appreciated that room was very warm. We would come back. thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent B&B in a beautiful building in one of Rome's best neighbourhoods. Our room with ensuite bathroom, overlooking a courtyard, was quiet, very clean and even provided slippers. The breakfast buffet was generous and we loved the fact that we could indicate in advance which hot drinks and foods (croissants, omelettes et cetera) we liked to have. The nice man who ran the breakfast service on most days even offered us extra drinks on the spot.
The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Rome and even for luxury shopping if that's what you're coming for. Another brilliant feature as that the stop where you can board the bus to Fiumicino Airport is very near, so no need to travel to the Termini Station first. The Residenza also offers a paid shuttle service to and from the airport.

Alessandro is very nice and friendly! We were almost overwhelmed by his hospitality. He gave very detailed instructions for self check-in, the breakfast was very nice -- almost the best American style breakfast we've ever had in any hotels. He is always ready to help when we have any questions. Room servise is provided everyday, and the housekeeper does a great job in cleaning.
Last but not least, great location, few minutes walk to the metro station, shopping area, and Vatican City.
100% recommend and will definitely live here again when we visit Roma next time.

I have traveled with my best friend, it was our first time in Rome. We loved this apartment especially because of the location, the room was very clean and well decorated, very comfy. We have to say that our host Loris was very kind since the beginning, always replayed very fast with a clear communication and always careful with our stay, giving some nice suggestion around the city.

What a great place to stay!!
Walking distance from Vatican City and also from the metro (and other public transport).
Breakfast is served in the café downstairs.
The communication with Claudia went flawlessly. She arranged pick up from the airport and made sure our room was ready when we arrived around 13h00. (even though the check in time is 15h00).
There's a small fridge in the room and you can also make coffee and tea.
It's very clean and spacious.
But what we liked most was the silence in the room (we stayed in room 3). In the Netherlands we live in a small, quiet village and we just couldn't believe it was as silence as at home... even on New Year's Eve, great!
I hightly recommend this place! Don't hesitate... just book it! :-)
