Front desk staff with Francesco was very polite and ready to help. But the high point was the breakfast, lots of different items to choose from, and Alessandro and his team made sure we had everything we needed and always with a smile and top of the line politeness.

The location was perfect. We were able to get around by foot, as all the attractions we were interested in were within walking distance. Also, Roma termini was a 10 minute walk. Nando was the best, he helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was wonderful.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation and the overall experience. Everything looked exactly like in the pictures: very clean, well-kept, and nicely maintained. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the attention to detail can be seen everywhere. The location is excellent – quiet, yet very close to the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It was easy to get anywhere we needed. The hosts are welcoming and communicative, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

the Apartment is located 10 minutes away by walk from the Colosseum, and 20 minutes away from Fontana di Trevi and the city old center. but if you do not want to walk there is a bus station 1 min away. great location, near shops and restaurants. the apartment is new and looks very nice, it has everything you need, comfortable bed, 2 smart tv’s , coffee machine, fridge, 2 modern bathrooms, clean , nice decorated rooms. the building has elevator, looks very nice and clean, you feel very safe. on the small balcony there is space to sit down and smoke. the host, Kiki was incredibly nice, she allowed a late check out, we received suggestions what do in Rome, where to eat. we received also the city map. she helped with all the requests that we had and we felt very welcome.
