This was our second time of staying at this hotel & once again, it was excellent. Brilliant location. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Our room was much bigger than we expected & was really comfortable. The staff are also polite & pleasant.

Stefano was very friendly and helpful. He met me down stairs and explained everything very good. The room was very good equipped and had all you need for good rest. I liked the style and balcony. May be only shower head is to be changed in bathroom, the rest is perfect. On the whole it was very nice to live in safe place with amenities around. Will come again with pleasure! This is a truly stunning hotel. A veritable 'Palazzo' which bathes you in luxury and splendor. The facilities are great, as is the gym. For us, the highlight was the breakfast in this beautifully decorated ballroom, which was accentuated by the fact that there was a live Harp concert every morning. We will come back.
