Roberto was really friendly and helpful. He provided listing of places to eat and gave us directions on how to get to bus stops and where to buy necessities. This was because our luggages were stolen from the Flixbus luggage compartment when we travelled from Rome to Siena! He was very responsive even way before our arrival as I asked him details of transportation well before our arrival. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, everything within walking distance, very secure and quiet. Breakfast was also great.
