We had a great stay here. The apartment is conveniently located on the island of Ortigia just over the bridge from Syracuse. We drove a rental car which there was ample parking at the dock beside the accommodation. The apartment is very spacious with separate bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need if looking to cook from home. Otherwise there are numerous restaurants nearby. Ortigia being small, all attractions are in walking distance. We dealt with Mauro mainly throughout our stay and he was amazing, so cool and friendly checking in to make sure everything was ok. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Aretusa Vacanze is located in a completely renovated 17th-century building at the centre of Syracuse's Ortygia Island. It offers self-catering rooms.

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful – they gave us great restaurant tips, helped arrange boat trips, and even supported us with transportation. Their warmth really made us feel welcome. Breakfast on the rooftop was a real treat – delicious food with a beautiful view. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would love to come back!

Rosy (the owner) is the best, very kind, understanding and helpful. Apartment is in the centre od Ortigia, so everything is nearby. Flat is clean, nice and very cosy. It wasn't our last visit ❤️

Location is SUPERB! The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend having drinks at sunset in the hotel front terrace, the view is amazing and the drinks delicious (highly recommend the house wine)!

I had an amazing stay in Ortigia! The location couldn’t have been better! everything was just a short walk away, from the main sights to great restaurants and the sea. The apartment itself was perfect: clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need and more. But what really made the stay special was the host — incredibly kind, helpful and always available for anything I needed. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back one day!

The apartment was clean and welcoming. The location is amazing, It is very central and and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and all the main attraction. The host (Vincenzo) was extremely helpful. He told us about the landmarks, restaurants and secured a FREE parking spot for us. The wifi is fast. Definitely 100% recommend if you plan to visit Siracusa, Ortigia.
