I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment during my recent trip to Venice. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. The host, Viviana, was an absolute sunshine—so kind, welcoming, and genuinely supportive throughout my stay. It really made a difference to be greeted with such warmth.
The apartment house is located in a calm and peaceful part of the city, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the more touristy areas. It felt like a quiet retreat within the magic of Venice.
One extra convenience that I really appreciated was being able to leave my luggage at the reception nearly all day before my evening flight—super helpful and stress-free.

absolutely everything. alessandro is an incredible host. the room was so clean! it was impeccable. also he goes above and beyond to help and is super dedicated. everything down to the last detail is beautiful and helpful. this is truly the best value for our money we have ever gotten. the attention was personalized and clearly everything was done with intense dedication. this guest rooms should truly have a 10 in everything.

Location was excellent, loved staying in the Old Jewish Quarters. Away from all the hub bub yet within walking distance of everything we wanted.
The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and so quiet,right on a canal, contained everything you need. Host was easy to deal with and kept in touch. I’d stay again if I ever get back to Venice.

A truly exceptional accommodation right in the very center. The room's style is unique and sophisticated, the staff was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Due to its central location, most sights are within walking distance, and we explored almost everything on foot whenever possible.
We had a fantastic time here and hope to return. Venice is amazing!
