The Hotel was just as advertised. Our room had an amazing view. The Staff were exceptional - especially Marco - was so so nice. Location was fab - just minutes walk from St Marks Square - plenty of access to water taxis, boat trips - couldn't have been any better to be fair - very very special

The check in process was so simple and friendly - the staff here is exceptional. They gave me an incredible room with a view of the piazza, and they had a lot of recommendations for where to go, how to make it happen, etc. I also had a glass of wine in the bar one evening and the bartender was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the drinks, the location, the trains, basically everything we discussed. I had a great American Breakfast on the way out, and they were so proactive in making sure I had everything I needed.
