The property well exceeded my expectations. Originally I booked it because of its historical value, and still it was more impressive in person than on photos. The staff were welcoming, the room was huge and well equipped with everything nécessaire - from teas to bathroom amenities. The breakfast included was also very good - all the classic staples, both sweet and savory selection.

Loved this place, great hotel in Venice, not too far from most attractions, staff were friendly even gave us an upgrade to the room. Hotel is modern and clean. There was a happy hour that they had which was amazing with drinks for €7 and free finger foods which were delicious held in a beautiful and comfy courtyard. Would love to stay here again!

Very friendly owners/staff that provided good restaurant and sight seeing recommendations. Our room was very nice, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great, you can choose your breakfast from a menu and have it provided in your room, in thier cute courtyard or rooftop. The location was fantastic. We would definitely recommend staying here.
