The hotel is in a very calm, silent spot in the city. The vaporetto was in a close walking distance. The design of the room was very good, elegant. It was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out before breakfast time but the lady packed us food and orange juice. The whole experience in the hotel was pleasant. The espresso was very good right from a high-pressure machine.

The apartment was great; everything is new. It's near the train station, a 10-minute walk, which is great if you don't want to pay for a taxi, which is really expensive. The host was helpful and gave us great recommendations. It's a 30-minute walk to the main attractions; however, the price-quality relationship is great. Great stay in Venice.

You find there a coffe machine for Capsules , small fridge with water , cookies and nuts
We could leave our bags as our bus was late in the evening
