This hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building is newly renovated, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help.
One moment really showed how special this place is: we lost our bag in Venice, most likely taken by mistake in the crowds on the boats. With thousands of tourists around, the chances of getting it back felt almost impossible. But the hotel staff immediately supported us, and thanks to their help the people who had taken it by mistake actually returned it directly to the hotel.
That level of care and service is rare, and it turned what could have been a stressful trip into a memory we will always treasure. We warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was super clean! Very beautiful place, very modern design.
Very, very attentive staff, the service was exceptional!
The location was also fantastic. I could walk everywhere to all the major attractions. And there was a convenience store just 3 mins away as well as lots of nice restaurants.
I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Venice.
