Perfect stay. Welcoming staff/owner, gave us all the instructions and hints and were kind enough to let us check-in a bit early. Location is great, just a few hundred meters away from the main bus/train arrival station. Cozy room, quiet location.

From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. A charming boutique hotel in a great location. It was a five-minute walk from the train station, and the place was perfect for exploring. In addition, it was only a 20-minute walk away from all the tourist areas, so you felt you had a balance - and great restaurants are nearby.

These are rooms in a restructured building, not a traditional a hotel with a front desk... Key pad access 24/7...Room for a solo traveler was comfy.. Double bed, shower, coffee maker and snacks.. Spotless.. Caretaker, Noel was helpful and charming.. The Dorsoduro area of Venice is one of my favorites... A bit off the beaten path... Five minute walk to the Ca Rezzonico ferry stop.. Bars and restaurants aplenty. Walking distance to Ca Rezzonico, L'accademia and the Guggenheim...
