The location is to die for. After the hurly burly of being with the crowds, it feels like an oasis of calm. The service is excellent - the staff really do care if you are happy, they are brilliant. This hotel offers many things, great breakfast included in the price, a fab pool, lovely spa, good cocktails, beautiful rooms, but it's the staff who are the secret weapon. We only came home last night and we are planning our next trip.

It was as if we were staying at one of the nicest relatives’ place. The owner was really nice and helpful. He frequently sent messages and checked on us if everything was okay. We went to 2 restaurants he recommended and both were great. The place was filled with custom-made furniture which well maintained with the owner’s mother, Angela’s love.

Nice appartment , perfect for a couple. The appartment is big, new, quiet and clean with mosquito screens. Location is fantastic. When you arrive with the vaporetto, you open a “secret door” and leave behind all the noise and chaos of Venice. Many good and affordable restaurants close by, with view of Venice in the sunset. We will surely return to Giudecca and this appartment.
