The room was amazing despite being off the breakfast room. We felt like royalty staying in this beautiful suite with a view of the canals. A very special hotel with an absolutely stunning breakfast offering AND amazing recommendations for dinner.

Pipito was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I really admired the way he explained how to use everything in our room, including the key and door. The room was very clean, vintage, and spectacular. We also appreciated the complimentary items.
The only downside was that the hotel has no elevator, but they did carry our luggage for us, which was helpful
