Staff was very nice and welcoming ! Made efforts to speak french and accommodate us in the best way. The boat tour we did with them (they have a partnership with a company) was great and they were very attentive even when we stayed just one night ! Thanks again !

The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere.
The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical.
The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.

The rooms were spacious enough, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathtub for a shower area is to be expected in quintessential Europe. The breakfast spread was more than ample--our septuagenarian mother, for whom this trip was a gift, was particularly happy with it. The heart of this atmospheric hotel, which is located across the Santa Lucia Station and along the Grand Canal in the Santa Croce district, is its warm, friendly, always ready to help, hardworking staff, led by Francesca, Gianni, and Davide at the reception desk. A coin-operated laundromat, with several washing machines and tumblers or driers, is just 100 meters or so away from the hotel.

Everything especially the location, the cleanliness, the design, the size of the room and two very beautiful gardens with a swing. The roses and wisteria in the garden are fantastic. The hotel looks and feels way better than the photos. The room is big while the bathroom is very modern and spacious. The room is spacious, quiet and restful with a door to the garden.
