The hotel was in a wonderful old 16th century building decorated in Venetian style. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was exceptional including fruit, meats, eggs, veggies, croissants and other breads, buns, pastries etc. There were also a great variety of juices and coffees/teas. If eating outside, watch out for the thieving birds!!!

The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere.
The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical.
The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.

The building is gorgeous, the staff are really nice and helpful, they give a lot of good information about Venice , nice recommendations for restaurants. Our flight was early in the morning and they prepared breakfast bags. And they also gave us a free room upgrade. Our stay was lovely.

Perfect stay. Welcoming staff/owner, gave us all the instructions and hints and were kind enough to let us check-in a bit early. Location is great, just a few hundred meters away from the main bus/train arrival station. Cozy room, quiet location.

The location was central, and all the major sites were within easy walking distance. The B&B is located in a square with an old church in its centre, a supermarket, 2 restaurants and a café/bakery. There are roads leading off the square in every direction.
The bed was very comfortable. The linen and towels were clean, and the room was well cleaned every day.
Breakfast was served in the room, as is the B&B's policy.
The host, Gianluca, was very pleasant and helpful.
