The hotel is wonderful, close to several parking lots, in front of one of the canals, the breakfast was the best of all the hotels I stayed at. the hotel is a 30-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and 20 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Close to several restaurants. The service from the entire hotel team was 5-star hotel standard. The room is beautiful, the one I stayed in was facing the canal. The hotel has a garden at the back that is very beautiful and charming.

Very beautiful and authentic place with pleasant, renovated rooms. Very friendly owner Gianluca! Breakfast served in the room and plenty enough to start your morning very well. Walking distance to bus stop and same to the san marco area. Closed there is a shop( small supermarket). The B&B is located on nice square in front of the church. Thank you, Gianluca :)

Very nice hotel and surroundings. We realy liked it. The view of the canal from the room, as well as from the garden, was amazing. Furniture was very beautifull. For the first time, our chihuahua dog received a bed, bowls, meat, waste bags. Def
