We love everything about this hotel. The warm of all of the staff welcoming us. We got upgraded for free to a suite annex. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything but quite enough from the crowds. Close enough to train station and lots of local eateries and bars.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Perfect location, close to everything but quite. Room was large and comfortable, perfect mattresses. Facility is so lovely and having amazing atmosphere, a lot of original paintings, decorations, books, furniture. Owner is very kind and helpful. Nice open terrace on the top floor with nice view, breakfast (the great one!) can be served there or in your room. We had a lovely stay and in case next time in Venice we would stay here, as sure.
