A truly perfect boutique hotel with stunning views of Venice! Although it wasn’t our first time visiting the city, staying at this hotel made us fall in love with it all over again. The hotel is beautifully stylish, features a charming garden (which must be wonderful to enjoy during the warmer months), and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The next time we’re in Venice, we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Best choice I've made. Terrific hotel. It's a bit after the city center but that made it even more special. We discovered an amazing part of the city and it was easy to get there. Near everything we needed. Close to a Boat Station. Stefano, the manager was super nice and gave us a lot of hints to enjoy our stay. Definitely recommend it and would come back for sure!

Everything was perfect. You feel just like at home, the apartment has everything you may need for your stay in Venice. 2 rooms 2 bathrooms (but only one with shower). Really good location too, super close to a boat taxi stop and also you can walk to the center really easy. Also a lot of good restaurants near by.
And the last but not least, the host is super friendly. I Totally recommend this one to you.

Fantastic stay, We felt like Marie Antoinette and King Louis, the room is fantastic and the view on the canal is real fun.
We only had breakfast once because we like to go out in the morning but the breakfast was really marvellous and you can decide the morning itself to have breakfast in or out the residence. And of course the location is superb, in the middle of everyting but at he same time not to busy.
The staff is wonderful, including the breakfast- and cleaning ladies.
