Overall, the location was amazing and made our stay very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and a special thank you goes to Hans at the front office for helping us with the luggage and a smooth checkin. Your dinner recommendation was superb.

Room was upgraded for free for the superior room with canal view/ Room was very big, clean, with a nice view. Breakfast was really amazing, good choice, big portions. Cleaning service was very fast and proper. Shower gel and cream in the rooms have very nice smell. Location of the hotel is very good, near San Marco and all tourist places. Will get back again!

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. The host communicated with me via WhatsApp which was great because even though I had a plan it was not working. One month before our arrival, he explained exactly how to get there from the airport and gave us the code to get in and grab the key for our stay. He met with us the next morning to collect the money and gave us a lot of information. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath (one shower) apartment was clean, quiet, had comfortable beds (pillows could be improved), an iron and board, and a full kitchen. It is situated in an alley but on a great strip of restaurants and stores. The apartment is walking distance to anywhere you would like to visit. I would highly recommend this property and the price was good.
