Comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff. Typical light Italian breakfast. The location is a bit far from the city center, but there is an okayish bus. And because of that location is quiet.

The apartment was lovely and had everything you could need for a short stay. There are 2 single beds and a sofa bed, which was quite comfortable. Parking outside the apartment was possible, but it did get busy. We had booked for 2 nights but we stayed another night as we enjoyed it so much. There is a train line behind the apartment, but this did not bother us at all. Very easy access into Verona from here too. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Visiting Verona for work at a theatre festival, I needed a functional base, that wouldn't break the budget. Verona is not the cheapest place to stay, so compromising on location was the easiest way to keep costs reasonable. And I wanted somewhere to cook and to work. This more than satisfied all those requirements. It's a comfortable apartment with everything you need to live as though at home. For those who are driving, there's a car parking area close by (I've no idea what the conditions are as I was on public transport). It's about 50 minutes walk into town, but there are very regular buses from just across the road, easily available scooters and bikes (bring a helmet to be legal) and a taxi costs around 20 euros. There's not a lot of shopping very close by, but plenty within a decent walking distance. It's nice too to be in a normal residential area with people and everyday sounds. And the adjacent church is spectacular.
