We spent two wonderful days at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions such as the Roman Amphitheatre and the Citadel, as well as great restaurants and shops. The staff are incredibly friendly, and we were especially impressed with the receptionist, Khalid. He was like our personal guide during our stay, recommending excellent local restaurants, helping us set up our SIM card, finding places we were looking for, and even giving us tips on how to save money. His English is better than many native speakers, which made everything very easy. The hotel and rooms are clean, the breakfast is generous and offers everything you need, and it’s served on the top floor with a stunning view over the old city of Amman. There is also a parking garage next to the hotel and even a very affordable hairdresser nearby. We truly felt wonderful here. Considering the price, the value is amazing. We warmly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Travelling with a teenager we were upgraded to a suite with a third bed. Staff are lovely; kind, attentive, smiley, very helpful. Buffet breakfast is outstanding with local foods and western options, all freshly sourced mostly from Jordanian produce. Excellent value. Concierges very knowledgable of where to go for dining and also shopping; we needed swim wear and they knew exactly where to go. We were drinking and the valets looked after the car very well. It’s easy on and off one of the main roads in and out of Amman.

Staff was really helpful and accommodating. I arrived around 2am and had sent me video instructions on how to check in after hours which was easy to follow. They serve a vegetarian breakfast. I thought it was a really good value for 5 JOD. It's also quite a large serving.
