Service from all staff from front desk, concierge, butler service to dining staff is phenomenal. Tamara restaurant food and service was exceptional. The service at all St Regis hotels is consistent and of the highest standard.

I didn't stay with the BHA but Ali was extremely kind, there was a mistake with booking when I booked. He prepared another room in a very close hotel and made sure I feel comfortable and happy. He insisted I have breakfast at the BHA and prepared it although I had to leave at 6:00 in the morning. Thank you so much Ali!
