Room was spacious, with plenty of amenities.
Outdoor baths were amazing in the winter, with snow-capped rocks surrounding the water, giving a sense of immersion.
Buffet-style breakfast was great with high-quality items available. Plenty of space so it never felt too busy. Dinner was great too.
Staff were very friendly.
I have zero negative opinions about this place, which is rare.

Super beautiful hotel, warm, functional, clean, comfortable. We loved everything, including the welcome drink and the complimentary onsen towel (although there is no onsen).
