Everything. Great view, great amenities, view was beautiful, fireplace was special, and most of all the staff was attentive, responded quickly and very accommodating. I really cannot speak highly enough of my stay here at H&H Kitakyushu.

I had two bookings for two nights and it was easy to convert it to one to stay in the room. Conveniently located by car. We enjoyed the onsen in the evening.

Host Keiko-san is not only super efficient but also incredibly warm and kind, making sure we are safe and helping with where we need to go/do.
