The owner is so so nice and helpful and a really interesting guy to talk to! Can highly recommend the stay, its a few minute walk from the train station and then just a few minutes to Kobe centre. Really nice quiet area with good food around.

Staff - Friendly and attentive. There was a lovely lady who remembers us and would check in on us on our stay and breakfast choice.
Location - Pretty convenient. Lots of malls nearby so food and shopping are easily accessible.
Room - Super spacious. The standout is definitely the bathtub - the best ever had!! Interior wise, you can tell this building has been around for a while, which depending on your taste see it as dated or grand. We see it as a plus because we don't see this sort of interior much, and it's a nice change!
