The location is great, in a nice neighbourhood with supermarkets and convenient stores on the way from the train station. Many other food options as well. The bed was also comfortable.

It was very near the bus terminal and train station but it's on a quiet street so it wasn't noisy at night. Facilities are well maintained and clean.i love the cosy feeling. I love the sento just down the street,visited it almost every night. Security is good too,there is another door lock to the Ladies Dorm. The facilities such as toilets,showers,washing area were very well maintained. I'm glad the fellow dormies were all civil and considerate.Everyone moved quietly in the dorm at night so as not to disturb those who are resting.I'm very grateful for this. Just note that there are no elevators so it might be unsuitable for those with large suitcases.

Everything felt luxurious. Staff was very helpful even when we arrived late at night. Room was very spacious, beds really comfortable, bathroom super big. The view spectacular. Big TV. Check-in really smooth. After having to cancel a booking in another place it was amazing to find this place at the last minute. It exceeded my expectations.

Modern but not impersonal, spacious single room with double bed, amazing amount of details in the room to make the stay more comfy (dimming lights, even a night light torch, lots of switches and power sockets), very comfy bed. Perfect bathroom with proper shower and bathtub. Super centra location very near station. Absolutely recommended for a solo/business or leisure couple trips.

We stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel for our last night in Japan before flying home from Kansai Airport. It is conveniently located in Sannomiya, close to the train station, the Airport Limousine bus stop and many shops and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious for this type of hotel and way more luxurious than I expected for the very reasonable price! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I made an error when booking and they promptly helped me to fix it (and spoke excellent English, which was helpful as I was unable to explain my mistake with my limited Japanese!) I look forward to staying again next time I visit Kobe!
