I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! The checked in process was incredibly quick and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely dinner they hosted for guests. It was a delightful experience, showcasing not only great food but also a warm atmosphere that made it feel special. The location of the hotel was superb, you have the station and underground just a 5 minute walk away, dozens of shops and maybe a hundred restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel. (Don't miss the shopping area, turn right out of the entrance and first right down the side street) The staff were truly exceptional, they made a supreme effort despite me struggling with even basic Japanese and were courteous and attentive. The room had an incredible array of amenities, featuring pretty much everything you would ever need, plus the facilities in the hotel itself were excellent and took care of all my needs.
