The free coffee, hot choco, or matcha downstairs that can be accessed 24/7. There is a microwave available at the reception area too so if needed it can be used. The tables at the reception were useful as a meetup place for my family in different rooms before we all head out. The location is superb as it is close to Nishiki Market and shopping area. Plenty of food options around the area too. Staff are courteous and helpful. Can login to stream sites such as Netflix so perfect for days or nights when we feel like staying in the room.

Very centralized and located just a minute to Nishiki market which pretty much the heart of Kyoto. Close to the main road of Kawaramachi-dori where everything happens. A lot of niche and good brunch / coffee shops around the area. The staff were very helpful. The couple who runs the place is so kind and helpful. The whole facility is pleasant and clean. It was a pleasure staying here and we will definitely come back! We recommend 100%! Perfect location and value for the money.
