This hotel is such a gem! Super new, with an unbeatable bakery, and a nice rooftop view. The ladies at the front desk were super kind and helpful (the guy we asked for extra amenities less), and the baker was so nice and smiley! The pastries and toasts were so good, as well as the cocktail we had on the rooftop, with the view of Kiyomizu-dera (be aware that lights turn off at 22:45!). The room was spatious and water was always topped up, which is a super nice touch. We haven't had the chance to try the restaurant, although we were given tokens for welcome drinks, but we'll definitely come back here next time we are in Kyoto as the location is super and service was top-notch! They also have washing machines/driers available, as well as a meditation room and gym.

Very nice hotel with large rooms and a really nice staff. We had 4 nights there and I think it was the right choice for the January time due to very good location - most of interesting sites are close enough and due to sauna in the room which helped to get warm after a cold walking day.
