Very nice rooms with a lot of space, very comfortable beds. The room was absolutely clean. Also the location is quite convenient.

Everything was wonderful. If you like the Japanese traditional style this is a must. The owners are absolutely adorable and will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. And the breakfast is delicious!

Owner is amazing and lovely! His English is great and he is so generous. He helped me carry my 20 kg suitcase up the stairs to my bed. The facilities are great and it's very comfortable to have women only areas. Would definitely come again if I'm ever back to kyoto

The accommodation was beautiful, new but modern, clean and intimate/personal. The hosts were incredible!! They made me feel so welcome, when they heard I was vegeterian they wrote down restaurants for me even when I did not ask for it. They offered to make phone reservations for me, they take really good care of their customers and the Ryokan is beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

The hosts of this property were simply wonderful. They were both so kind and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. They helped us locate local restaurants, and gave us such an at-home experience. There was a nice offering of food in the morning including rolls, ramen, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices. It was just what we needed to get our day started. The house is impeccably clean and perfectly laid out with every little detail thought through.

Lovely townhouse. Booked no. 10, Family of four . Two teenagers. Two storied traditional house. Ground floor has kitchenette, four seater table and a separate tatami room on ground floor . Shower, tub and a separate toilet on ground floor. Comfortable stairs to the top leads to two bedrooms, one room with futon and other with a double bed. There is a toilet on the first floor too. All areas of the houee are very spacious. The staff are lovely and helpful. The common room has drinks and small eats all through the day. A coin laundry is near common area. We used taxi to get to most areas. But the public transport options are doable. The property exceeded my expectations and photos are as actuals. Good noiseless sleep quality. There are Family mart and Fresco department store in walking distance.

agoThis is by far the best hotel i have ever stayed at. Beautiful hidden gem The room was spacious and having your own private onsen was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. Pros: - hotel looks so pretty and has that traditional Japanese style -Spacious room, clean and looks so neat. -arrival little sweets - you have all the stuff you need in this hotel including makeup removes, facial toners and serum. -private onsen. -beds are super comfortable -staff are helpful and friendly -able to send your luggage to your next destination - 15 mins walk from the station - there are cafes and familymart nearby. Thank you for having us. We had the best time staying at your hotel.
