Very well located, just 5 minutes walk to Takashimaya entrance. Very courtious staff, free water bottles, very quite property, with Onsen for hotel guest. We would surely live here again on our next trip.

The onsen (hot spring bath) is definitely a great advantage of the hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable — more than satisfying in terms of overall convenience. Housekeeping is consistent and attentive to cleanliness. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful; they gave us a warm welcome on the first day and assisted us with our luggage transfer.
Small but thoughtful details are well taken care of — such as providing a charging cable, razor, and other essentials in the room, which really enhance the comfort level.
There is also a beautifully designed small Zen garden in the hotel lobby, which adds a calm and elegant atmosphere as soon as you enter the building.
The location is also excellent. There is a FamilyMart just 1 minute away, and a 7-Eleven store only 2 minutes away on foot. The nearest subway station is about a 5-minute walk.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay in Kyoto.

We had no expectations out of Good Nature Hotel, but it was an amazingly pleasant surprise! First, it is conveniently located near bus and train stations, very close to Kyoto station too. It is within walking distance from Nishiki Market, which is a must-visit while in Kyoto (first or 45th time, you have to go). The hotel itself is VERY pretty, as soon as you enter the lobby you feel immersed in the eco-friendly and peaceful atmosphere they've achieved to create. The room was incredibly spacious and very tastefully decorated; this was one of our favorite hotels we've ever stayed at.

Richmond Hotel Premier Kyoto was an absolute pleasure to stay at. From the moment you enter the Hotel, you can feel a sense of serenity and peace with the setup. Check in went smoothly, they stored our luggage before check in and placed it in our room. Some of the awesome offerings they have is daily experiences - there is a calendar so you can see what is happening each day, they have daily snacks and drinks in the restaurant, and also a variety of amenities on offer like shavers, shower caps etc. Thank you for hosting us and we will definitely be back when we return to Kyoto.
