We had a great stay at Keio Prelia! The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Our room was great - cleaned daily, pyjamas and flip flops provided, and the shower in the ensuite bathroom was fantastic. The hotel location is excellent, approximately a 15 minute walk from Kyoto station, which provides easy access to sights around the city and further afield (Nara, Mt. Yoshino etc.) by train, metro and bus.

The room was very cozy though small, but very convenient. Seemed the hotel is very new, which was nice, staff helped us to send our bags to the next hotel. Also there is very nice restaurant with Thai food in the lobby. Super happy with the hotel! Thank you!

That was my second time in this hotel, and it was great as the first. Very well located, charming decoration, new installations and great breakfast. I especially like the bathroom, the place for the shower is separate from the bathtub, and there's a different floor that gets dry very quickly. Would stay there again if in Kyoto.
