The hotel was awesome. It was clean, the beds where comfortable, there was a tv with Holu. A place for baggage, separate bathroom from the shower. There were new bed sheets everyday and even pijamas in the style of Haori. The hotel has a public hot bath.

The adults love the massage chair and they have the best dryer as it dries the knit wear in 20 minutes. We love it!

Easy access to transport and restaurants. We loved the onsen and sauna. So very clean and soothing after a log of sightseeing. Room was comfortable and had windows. Pyjamas were great for accessing the onsen. Loved all the complimentary toiletries.
