Simply great! The staff was very friendly even though I had a lot of questions. Dinner at the restaurant was great! The room was clean and sleeping on the futons was not as uncomfortable as we thought. Recommended experience.

We liked everything, except the hotel didn’t have a charger for an EV vehicle. In this modern day world you would expect a modern hotel to have EV charging stations. 12 o’clock check out was perfect I must add. That extra hour gives the guest a little more time to do shopping and check more things off the to-do-list.

The service and staff were exceptional. They are English friendly. The facilities (private onsen, relaxation room) and room were clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed the tatami mats and no shoes in the hotel. There were also free sweets, ice pops, noodles, and drinks at certain times throughout the day which were delicious! At check-in, a pamphlet was provided outlining the location of the facilities and times for each service. I had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel - dinner was a fun experience and breakfast had many options.
