Every floor has an ice dispenser, iron and iron table which we found very useful. Room was comfortable and there more than enough space. Public bath was comfortable and relaxing after walking around Kyoto.

Kyoto terminal is very close, about 150m. It is very easy to reach anywhere and also shinkansen trains. Breakfast was exceptional at japanese style. Hotel was newly decorated and well designed.

Very nice hotel located close to station. Room was spacy, equipted with very new furniture. In the same street there is a good small bakery and restaurant with local food. We visited both and enjoyed it very much.

The staff did a great job conveying that the hotel is designed to evoke a "feel at home" ambiance, inspired by the Airbnb concept. The spacious and remarkable accommodations left a positive impression, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I am definitely planning to return in the future.

It was actually rather larger for what we have been used to in Japan. The fact there is everything you need, the washing machine a huge plus in summer and close to the stations. Honestly, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Also super quiet and felt extremely safe.
