Every floor has an ice dispenser, iron and iron table which we found very useful. Room was comfortable and there more than enough space. Public bath was comfortable and relaxing after walking around Kyoto.

Very nice hotel located close to station. Room was spacy, equipted with very new furniture. In the same street there is a good small bakery and restaurant with local food. We visited both and enjoyed it very much.

Hotel provided free rental of amenities and gadgets like vinyl players, coffee brewing kit, games etc. which was a really pleasant surprise! That's besides the fact that it was in close proximity to Kyoto station, yet in a quiet and serene area. Staffs were really friendly.

It was actually rather larger for what we have been used to in Japan. The fact there is everything you need, the washing machine a huge plus in summer and close to the stations. Honestly, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Also super quiet and felt extremely safe.

The small hotel has a really nice and japanese traditional atmosphere! The building has a lot history what we loved to experience. A washing machine in the room was a big plus and one morning we tried the breakfast boxes chicken/fish and vegan..it was really nice 👍 More than one bus station are just around the corner which is nice to explore Kyoto. We can definitely recommend this hotel
