Very centralized and located just a minute to Nishiki market which pretty much the heart of Kyoto. Close to the main road of Kawaramachi-dori where everything happens. A lot of niche and good brunch / coffee shops around the area. The staff were very helpful. The couple who runs the place is so kind and helpful. The whole facility is pleasant and clean. It was a pleasure staying here and we will definitely come back! We recommend 100%! Perfect location and value for the money.

Beautiful modern hotel in the heart of Kyoto. The western breakfast was delicious, great variety.Japanese menu available. Beautiful view of Kyoto and the surrounding mountains from the restaurant,bar and outdoor terrace. Nice Happy Hour. Walking distance to Nishiki Market,Gion and Pontocho districts.The hotel is located 2 minute walk from subway and bus stations, so convenient. Location is superb! Close and easy transportation to main attractions like Kiyomizu and Kinkakuji Temple. Desk personal are helpful in giving directions.

The bed was very comfortable. The lighting was good and there were 4 outlets to charge my electrical devices. There is space under the bed to store your luggage. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The hotel is always clean. And free coffee!!
