The property and its facilities are very new, modern, and clean with a beautiful Japanese ambiance. The women's onsen is really nice with complete amenities. Additionally, the bathroom in our room is very spacious. Overall, we had a very great experience staying here!

Okay okay, this was such an authentic experience! From the friendly staff, to the rooms, the food, the Onsen. Would I go again? Heck yea! Also close walking distance from fantastic little food places, and the train station.

The hotel is outstanding. Once you enter the hotel, you feel you have accessed to a spa. Love all details and the location is just next to the main train station which is sooo convenient. Definitely will come back.

beautiful and well designed hotel in a quiet and convenient location as it is only a few hundred metres from Umekoji train station and next to a lovely park. Within 5 minutes walking distance there are 3 convenience stores. Hotel provides free coffee, beer, wine and a vinyl music room to relax. Location is a $20 taxi ride away from major attractions such as Higashiyama and Philosopher's Walk way.

It was beautiful and and clean and the staff were beyond expectations. our daughter lost her phone in a taxi and they arranged they we could get it back. it was the most beautiful and comfortable hotel we stayed during our 2 week trip and the public bath and the products where great as well
