The hotel is very nice; it has all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Staff was friendly and the room very spacious. The open air onsen is a must and a great place to go after a day seeightseeing Kyoto.

Literally across the road from the station, so convenient! Staff were exceptional. Gym was huge and well equipped. Room serviced each day was lovely. We went to breakfast at the buffet, was good/what you expect. 68000¥ pp.

The room had great views of the park, and it was nice to hear children playing. It is a family hotel so lots of parents with young children. There was a local market on Saturday. Good temple nearby and close enough to Kyoto station to walk. The daily welcome drinks were a bonus, as you could end your day relaxing after a full day sightseeing.
